Occupancy: 6 persons maximum.
Bedrooms: Two (2) - all units are the same size.
Baths: Two (2) - all units are the same floor plan.
Floor plan: All units are approximately 870 square feet, not including balconies.
Gulf Front: All of our units face the Gulf of Mexico, and have breath-taking
views of the water and the skyline.
Balconies: All Balconies are private, full-length, and accessible from both the
living room and the master bedroom.
Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen. Private washer & dryer in each condo.
Utilities: Cable TVs, VCRs and/or DVDs. Wireless Internet HotZone.
Phones: Free local calls and answering machines.
Pool: Outdoor, HEATED, Open 8am-10pm. Lounge Chairs & Sun Deck.
Tennis: Lighted court, available 8am-10pm.
Fitness Room: Treadmill, Exercise Bike, Weight Station,
27" LCD Flat Screen TV, Available 6am-10pm.
Beach: Yes! We're right on the beach.
Beach Service: Complimentary 2-chair & 1 umbrella set March-October for daily
& weekly rentals. Not available in Winter or with Monthly rentals.
Clubroom: Daytime lounge with free coffee & TV. The room can be reserved
for special events, 50 person maximum occupancy.
Maintenance: On-Site professional staff, quick to assist.
Housekeeping: Your unit is ready to live in, at check-in.
After-Hours: Courtesy Staff on-site ready to assist you.
