Summer - What a Deal!
We want to say "Thank You" to all our summer guests who come to enjoy the beach ... and the view ... and the refreshing peacefulness,
year after year! If you stay with us during the SUMMER rates season you can earn complimentary nights for use later in the year,
during the Fall and Winter seasons.
7 night stay earns... 1 complimentary night
10 night stay earns... 2 complimentary nights
14 night stay earns... 3 complimentary nights
Notice: These comp. nights must be used between 9/1/07 to 1/31/08. Early Summer & Late Summer do not
qualify. Reservations must be
during our Peak SUMMER season 6/14/07-7/25/07 to earn "What a Deal" nights.
Group Rate Specials
Weddings, reunions, sales meetings, church groups, office retreats ... just for you.
Book 5 units ... receive a 5% discount.
Book 10 units ... receive a 10% discount.
Book 15 units ... receive a 15% discount!!!

All reservations must be made via
the on-site rental office, 3-night minimum stay. A "Group Agreement" must be on file. Some restrictions apply. (Call for details)
Opinion Card Drawings
Once per month, opinion cards are drawn from those turned in to our office. Each winner is awarded with a complimentary stay! We do
value your opinion.
Opinion cards are found in the welcome packet you receive when you check-in. Winners are notified by mail. On your next visit, be
sure to turn-in your Opinion Card. We value your input. You could be a winner too!
Notice: Winning complimentary stays are valid for 1 year from the date of the award notification letter, and
only usable off-season.
Creative Writing Awards
Submit a short story, poem or article related to your stay at OSP (100-125 words max). If your writing is published in the next OSP
Getaway Gazette Newsletter, you will be awarded a complimentary stay.

and only usable off-season.
IMPORTANT DISCOUNT POLICY: One Seagrove Place reserves the right to end any promotion without notice and to limit the
time period in
which complimentary stays can be used. Promotional offers and discounts can not be combined. Unless otherwise noted, all
complimentary stays and discounts EXCLUDE holidays, monthly rates, are based upon space available, are non-transferable and carry
no cash exchange value. (Most holidays and ALL Summer rate seasons are excluded during promotions, & subject to availability).
