TAX/HANDLING: All rates are subject to 13% tax and handling.
MINIMUM STAY: Three night minimum stay*.
AVAILABILITY: Lodging offer subject to availability.
CHECK IN TIME: 3-5PM - Call for after hours instructions,
1/2 day rent may be charged for early arrivals.
CHECK OUT TIME: 10AM - Guest agrees to vacate unit assigned
by 10AM on departure date. Failure to do so may result in an
additional one-night charge and management is authorized
to remove guests' property from the unit. The guest releases
One Seagrove Place from liability in connection with removal.
ADVANCE PAYMENT: A minimum advance payment equal to $300
or 25% of the rent whichever is higher, ($350 flat fee for monthly
reservations), is required within 14 days of making the initial
reservation and guarantees your stay. If the advance payment is
not received, the reservation may be cancelled. Reservations
made within 30 days of arrival or via the internet require instant
Visa / MasterCard advance payment at time of booking.
CONFIRMATION: A numbered confirmation letter will be sent
when advance payment is received. Confirmations are available
via US Mail, Fax & Email.
RENTAL PAYMENT: Upon arrival, your advance payment
converts to rent and is applied to your reservation. The balance
of the rent is due, in full, upon check-in. Payment may be made
by cash, travelers check, cashier's check, bank money order,
personal check or Visa / MasterCard.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of any reservation will
result in a minimum of a $50 processing fee. Daily and Weekly
reservations must be cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to
arrival; one hundred and twenty (120) days for monthly
bookings; or the entire advance payment is forfeit. All
cancellations are dated & confirmed with a cancellation
number. You must have a cancellation number to receive
a refund of the balance of your advance payment.
LATE CANCELLATION / EARLY DEPARTURE / NO SHOW: Late cancellation, early check-out or not arriving on the
arrival date, for ANY reason (including Weather and Acts of
Nature) will result in forfeit of the entire advance payment,
rent and deposit, unless other arrangements have been made
in writing. The advance payment secures your reservation
until NOON on the day after your expected arrival.
SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A non-refundable $35 security
deposit waiver fee is charged on all reservations, or the customer
can opt-out of the waiver and send a $500 refundable deposit in
the form of cashier's check, certified check, traveler's checks
or cash. We will accept personal checks & money orders only
if the deposit is received 30 days prior to arrival. The
waiver protects the customer from up to $500 of accidental
damages; but does not provide protection against willful and
wanton damage or disregard for the rental policies (i.e. smoking
in a non-smoking unit, or bringing a pet.) Credit cards can not be
accepted for security deposit, but can be used to pay for a waiver.
Any security deposit will be held in escrow for 30 days, then
returned less any deductions for damage or unpaid charges
within 30 thirty days of departure via US Mail. Any damages or
charges that exceed $500 will be billed via Registered Mail,
payable within 15 fifteen days.
SERVICE FEES: A $50 service fee will be assessed in the event
of any returned check or any lost key (for lock replacement).
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: You may change the unit, dates
and length of your reservations ONE TIME without penalty,
provided you do not make changes during the cancellation
period (30 days prior to arrival, unless monthly, in which case
120 days prior). Changing a reservation during the cancellation
period for any reason will result in a $100 change fee, due upon
check-in. All changes must be verified in writing by confirmation
letter.
UNIT REQUESTS: Requests for a specific unit, location, bedding
and decor are honored whenever possible: but cannot be
guaranteed.
SMOKING: The number of smoking units is very limited. Should
you need smoking accommodations you will need to give notice
at time of making your reservation in order for your stay to be
booked into a unit where smoking is allowed.
At time of departure non-smoking units will be checked for any
indication of smoking in the unit. If it is determined the unit was
smoked in during your stay there will be a charge of up to $500
to cover the cost of restoring the unit to non-smoking status.
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed in rental units. This regulation
must be strictly enforced. If you must travel with your pet,
there are excellent boarding kennels in the area.
CLEANING: Cleaning service is provided upon checkout.
Additional services are available upon request.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 6 persons per unit (per fire code).
RESTRICTIONS: Reservations for Vacationing students or singles
under the age of 25 that are not part of a family group are
restricted.
AGREEMENT: Management is not responsible for loss by theft
or fire, of money, jewelry or other valuables. Furthermore,
Guest is responsible for damages or charges that may occur
during occupancy by guest or any persons with guest, as well
as the observance of all regulations of One Seagrove Place.
One Seagrove Place Owners Association, Inc. serves as an agent and representative of all owner's of condominium units on its
rental program, and is acting at all times, in and for the best interest of the owners.
