Association Fees
One Seagrove Place Owners Association, Inc. operates an in-house rental program, that helps defray the association costs. Association Fee’s are $1508 billed quarterly, Jan. 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st, 2012. Examples of some expenses covered by association fees:
