One Seagrove Place Rental Policy

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM (CST), Check-out is 10:00 AM (CST). Due to the High standards we wish to provide, not all units will be ready for check-in promptly at 4:00 PM (CST). There will be NO early check-ins and NO late checkouts without an additional charge of 1 days rent. We appreciate your patience. Late check-ins will be assisted by our courtesy staff.

Age Requirement: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of reservation. Persons under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or guardian. OUR RENTAL UNITS ARE MONITORED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY. ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED AND ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS AND/OR SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.141. Chaperoned groups are prohibited unless prior approval is given by management.

Falsified Reservations: Any reservation made under false pretense or against rental policies will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment or deposit and will not be permitted to check-in.

Occupancy: All units sleep 4 with a Maximum of 6 guests per unit. Minimum (3) NIGHT Stay Required.

Pet Policy: Pets are prohibited in rental units. If traveling with pet please contact our office prior to arrival for information about local boarding facilities to board pet. Violations may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, and charges for required cleaning services and pest control services or damages.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all rental units at OSP. Violations may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, and expenses for necessary cleaning required.

Rates: Rates are subject to change and are adjusted seasonally. A Cleaning Fee, Damage Deposit Waiver, Handling Fee, and Taxes will be added to all reservations.

Reservation Deposit: $400 deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be applied towards the total rent due.  Payment will be due in full 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Method of Payment: Payments may be made via traveler checks, bank order, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or AMEX (personal checks are NOT accepted) and balance of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit: A non-refundable $35 damage deposit waiver fee is charged on all reservations. The waiver protects the guest from up to $500 of accidental damages but does not provide protection against willful and wanton damage or disregard for the rental policies (i.e. smoking in a unit, pet in unit)

Changes to Reservation: You may change your reservation’s dates ONCE without penalty provided it is outside of 7 days prior to your arrival & there is NO reduction in the amount of time of the reservation. For any additional move or a reduction in amount of days will result in a $50 change/move fee.  For any change of dates inside 7 days prior to your arrival date will result in a $100 change/move fee.

Cancellation: Cancellation of any reservation will result in a minimum charge of a $100 processing fee. Reservations cancelled inside of 30 days (90 days for monthly) prior to your arrival date will forfeit entire payment.  CSA Travel Protection will be available for all rental guests.

Housekeeping: Your accommodation does not come with maid service. You can arrange for services for an additional fee at Guest Services. The clean fee charged goes towards departure clean only.

Personal Items left on Property: OSP is not responsible for lost, left or misplaced items.
If OSP is notified and item found we will be happy to return to you at your expense. OSP will not be responsible for the delivery by carrier.

Hurricane Policy: No refunds will be given unless a “Mandatory Evacuation Order” is issued by local authorities. OSP will refund any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
We will not refund rents or deposits for cancellations or early departures due to any other inclement weather.

NO trailers, RVs, Boats. Violation to this policy is subject to towing at owners expense.
Property has NO OUTLETS FOR CHARGING GOLF CARTS (golf carts are considered a vehicle).

Agency Disclosure

One Seagrove Place Owner’s Association, Inc. serves as an agent and representative of all owner’s of condominium units on it’s rental program and is acting at all times in and for the best interest of owners. Agent is not responsible for any loss by theft or fire of money, jewelry or other valuables. Guests are responsible for damages or charges that may occur during their occupancy or from any person with them.
